The
Konsola 2 is the primary tool designed to remote control and configuration of KSRC call recorders.
Access to the application (and therefore to the call database nad recorder settings) is protected by a password or dongle (USB stick).
The program is available free of charge to all TRX customers.
The application allows you to perform the following operations:
- search, sort and playback the recordings from the recorder's hard disk space,
- save whole or parts of selected calls to wav or mp3 files,
- monitor recorder channels status and listen to live calls,
- download recorded calls to the computers hard drive,
- create backup of recordings (to prevent overwriting the oldest records),
- configure phisical and virtual channels,
- configure access control lists (ACL),
- view system logs and recorder's users activity,
- update recorder software.
