The
Monitor 2 program allows configuring and receiving all information about any critical
exceptions that may occur in TRX recorders. The application is tested periodically the availability of all monitored devices.
The program is designed for the TCP / IP networks. Is available for free for all customers TRX.
Monitoring of the recorders may include:
- hardware malfunction, such as
- recording interface cards damage,
- hard disk or RAID failure,
- detaching (loss of synchronization) for digital line,
- power supply damage (for models with a redundant supply).
- events related to the work and support, including
- too long recording time,
- too long silence (especially when recording VoIP lines),
- exceeding the specified limit on storage magazine (the risk of overwriting the oldest recordings),
- backup the recordings,
- change the recorder settings,
- playback calls from the database.
Alarm events can be sending:
- to Monitor 2 application window on PC (required connection to the recorder via IP network),
- on the local LCD display,
- on local DB9 alarm connector(optional),
- to a specific file on the recorder.
Alarm events can be sent as e-mail messages to the indicated recipients. In the case of models equipped with alarm connector, an alert occurrence
is able to change state of appropriate pin
Monitor 2 application is designed primarily for institutions, which provide call recording continuity is particularly
important (eg. the police, fire brigades, border guards and health care services).
The application is free of charge.
