The CTI integration for TRX recorders and Siemens Open Scape Voice (HiPath 8000) PBXs
based on SIP Trunk interface and CSTA (Computer-Supported Telecommunications Applications)
protocol. CTI interface provides access to call-related messages (related to the calls being recorded) directly from the Siemens OpenScape system.
TRX recorder receives call events about calls setup and disconnect processes, date and time of initiate the connection, the call duration as well as
caller and callee numbers.
The audio stream (RTP) is sent to the recorder using voice packet replication performed by monitored SIP extensions. This solution makes you don't need configure switches to ensure packet monitoring.
TRX Recorder allows for recording calls from the following types Siemens IP stations:
