TRX software, an essential part of TRX products, is protected by copyright and is not subject of the Open Source Software License. TRX is the one and only owner of all property rights to the aforementioned software. Therefore, source code of proprietary TRX software is not being disclosed.

TRX Products contains, among other things, embedded Open Source Software, licenced under an Open Source Software Licencse and developed by third parties. These embedded Open Sources Software files are protected by copyright. Your rights to use the Open Source Software beyond the mere execution of TRX program, is governed by the relevant Open Source Software license conditions. Your compliance with those license conditions will entitle you to use the Open Source Software as foreseen in the relevant license.
